Privacy

This website

This website doesn't use cookies, trackers or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider processes basic request data, such as your IP address, only to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

To learn which pages help people, we count page views and button clicks anonymously, without cookies, identifiers or storing IP addresses.

Your content

Umpteen apps keep your content on your device. It only leaves your device when you turn on a feature that needs it, such as sync or cloud AI, and sync is end-to-end encrypted.

Your account

If you create an Umpteen account, we store your email address, sign-in methods, licences, devices and purchases so that we can provide the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple or Google. We never see or store your full card number.

Diagnostics

Crash reports and usage statistics stay off until you turn them on. They are anonymised, and never sold or used for advertising.

Your choices

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings.
